Magee Design is a design studio specializing in sustainable, regional custom homes. We work from offices in Taos, NM and design both traditional and contemporary homes all over Northern New Mexico. Our services extend well beyond exceptional design; we also help clients find and evaluate property, assist in working through both Town and County Planning and Zoning Departments, obtaining regulatory permits, and administrating construction as owner representatives.

We are LEED accredited and design with passive and active solar systems, water systems, and not-toxic materials.

We also believe there are many shades of green that make sustainable features possible for any project and any budget. Often the simplest design decision can have a large impact on energy efficiency and resources.
